llars? If you would have asked me this a couple of months ago my list would have been totally different – but today due to everything going on it would be.- Pay my tithing.
- Purchase an investment home from a new friend of mine so they don’t have to worry anymore – I hear it’s amazing, but have never seen it.
- Purchase my sister-in-laws house in Idaho so she could move down here without worry – rent it out by hiring a management company and then sell it when the market rebounds if it’s not cash flowing.
- Pay off our current home, finish the remodel and rent it out so Mitzi would not have to work anymore – cash flow.
- Purchase my wife a new washer and dryer (washer broke on Saturday *grin*).
- Build up our rainy day fund.
- Put some money away for Benjamin and Abby for school.
- Buy my other sister-in-law some clothes for her family and food storage.
- Do some remodeling for mom and dad B – bathrooms first, then kitchen!
- By my mom a new car.
- Pay off a new car for one of my friends, they need the little extra a month. Help another out in AZ if needed.
- And last but not least – Take the fam on the vacation we’ve canceled the last two years. Don’t worry Benjamin, I didn’t forget.
Now if you ask me again in a couple of months, I am sure this will change. What would you do with your million?

You have a heart of a million dollars! The investment house is amazing, but you are too kind to even think of spending your money there. Thank you for thinking of doing that. What a fun thing to think of doing to have that much money and wonder what to do with it. There was a television show years ago about a man who would come to your home and leave just that much and then the show would follow the person and what would happen with the person and the money. It was a pretty good show, but they never had anyone paying their tithing. Nice of you to think of so many things to do for so many others. You are a good person. Bev
If anyone deserves a million dollars it is you and your family! BTW, I noticed that not one thing on this list was for you, it was for everyone else. You are amazingly kind.
Thank you for commenting on my blog. I'm glad that someone reads. You were so kind to comment on my nephew. When they passed out kindness in heaven you must have been in the front of the line, because you are the best in that regard. Now the Pepsi and Coke. I don't like the taste of Coke so I guess that is the difference. Anyway we have to have a little difference when we get together other wise she would want what I drink. LOL. Thanks so much. Bev
Wow- what a good heart you have Duston! Seriously- that was the most unselfish list ever!
I know what you mean when you say the list changes...I think for the times right now my list would be getting out of debt and helping others get out of debt, putting enough away for college/missions/weddings, etc. I do not know that I will ever have a million dollars..I can only wish! But then again..maybe I would not want it. They say money changes you and often enough it is not for the good!!
Your ideas are all very thoughtful. I wonder what I'd do. . .
Nice list. I won't even put what my list would be because I am too ashamed :) Although, I might give you something just so we can stay friends :)
