Quiche Loraine

A couple of days prior to Easter I had decided that I wanted to have a Quiche as part of our Easter breakfast. We were fortunate to be invited over to the Rufeners for a gourmet Easter brunch! After which we tried to watch conference with 6 kids – thank goodness for DVR’s. Attached is a picture of “Miss Loraine” which was quite tasty if I say so myself!
